Created in God’s Image

What does this Mean?

“Our Father who is in Heaven, Holy is Your name.” Matthew 6:9

What does it mean to be created in God’s image?

So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. Genesis 1:27 NLT

Could it be that God created man and woman to be “Holy”?

At Dictionary.com one definition of holy is “morally and spiritually excellent.” So, did God create man and woman as “morally and spiritually excellent” creatures to manage and steward the earth and its creatures?

Think about it. God created everything heaven and water, earth and plants, and animals and man and then He stood back and observed and said, “It is very good.”
