Spring Is Coming Soon

Hebrews 13:16 NIV

16And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

Today I am grateful to God for Spring.

Spring is a great time of year. The weather events fill even the poor in Spirit with awe.

· Snowstorms, Sometimes epic snow storms like last week

· Thunderstorms, $1 Billion in flood damage in Nebraska

· Bright sunshine

· Warmer temperatures

o At 50 degrees I am tempted to go outside in shorts?

o Coats are optional for a few moments each day

o Ice and frost in the mornings

o Mud puddles and mud

o Pot Holes

Spring fills your heart with hope. A robin’s song. Green grass sneaking out from under the snow bank. A tulip blossoms. Garden centers with shelves of plants and racks of seed packs each containing the promise of producing something delicious.

Spring brings babies. Calves and lambs and goats; Chicks and ducklings and goslings; Turkeys.

Bunnies.

Kittens and kittens and even more kittens.
