Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I rode the diet roller coaster for 25 years and then I settled into the Ketogenic lifestyle. High fat, moderate protein and low carb foods in moderation. This is a lifestyle not a diet. I have transformed my body from 289 pounds to 200 and am as fit as I was when I graduated high school in 1977.
