I joined the Bright Line Eating regime about two and a half years ago. No flour, no sugar, 3 meals a day, weigh and measure portions.
I have returned to my teenage body I left behind 40 some years ago. My waist and my inseam are the same. And I have more energy than I have had in years.
I respect the negative comments because these are the same responses I get when people ask me how I deleted those excess pounds and inches. That sounds impossible to follow. Well I am more healthy than I have been since I graduated high school and take no medications. I am not going back to my old style of overindulgence.
89 pounds and 21 inches from my waist have vanished into the universe. I did not lose them. I do not want them back.
