What Birds Can Teach You About Being Anxious
“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Matthew 6:25–26

Did you put worrying on your list of things you imagine in your life as a bird?
I cannot imagine that a bird has any worries. Why waste the time? Birds just seem to know what to do.
Hungry? Go scratch something up on the earth.
Cold? Fluff up your feathers and snuggle together.
Homeless? Build a nest from the first things you find.
Birds don’t worry, because God takes care of them.
Imagine what it would be like if you turned your worries to God and let Him take care of them?
Not as easy as it sounds?
