WTG Joey, I stopped eating flour and sugar on 1 May 2018. I started following Susan Pierce Thompson’s, PhD, “Bright Line Eating” program. 4 simple rules No Flour, No Sugar, 3 meals per day, weigh and measure your portions.
I released 89 pounds into the atmosphere by 17 November 2018 and it hasn’t found me yet.
I am glad you got to go to Spain to find your answer.
