I stopped eating flour and sugar in May of 2017, eat only three meals per day and weigh and measure my portions. I released into the universe 89 pounds by 1 January 2018 and have maintained that size until now.
My waist now matches my inseam and I am in the best physical condition I have been in since graduating high school.
